Why we started Gordon's
Non-stick pans that peel, scratch and end up in the trash every few years. We wanted to build the opposite: one pan you buy once
We believe a pan should outlive the kitchen it was bought for. That's why we only make cookware we'd proudly cook on ourselves: no coatings, no shortcuts, just titanium built to last.

Titanium is light, strong and doesn't react with food. No PFAS, no chemical coating to wear off into your dinner.
Gas, electric, induction or the cottage stove
Backed by our 25-year warranty. If it fails, we make it right.
Every pan we make comes back to these six.
Solid titanium the whole way through. Nothing is sprayed on, so nothing can lift, flake or end up on your plate.
We do not build in a replacement cycle. A pan that lasts twenty-five years is worse business and better cookware.
We sell direct. No distributor, no department-store markup, and no invented list price to discount from.
Every piece is cooked on by home cooks and by chefs through a full service before it ever goes into production.
Ethically sourced titanium, minimal packaging, and shipping we offset as standard rather than as an upsell.
Every improvement we have made started with a customer telling us something was not right.
It started with a pan that gave up too soon. Scratched coating, food sticking, straight into the trash, and then the same thing again with the next one. Somehow that became normal, and we didn't think it should be.
So we set out to make the pan we couldn't find: one that performs like professional cookware, at a price a home cook would actually pay. No coating to wear off. No replacing it every few years. Just titanium, built to last, and a warranty long enough to prove we mean it.
I have cooked on pans that cost three times this. Nothing I own holds heat the way these do. The edge is as hot as the centre, every single time.
